Appointments & Cancellations
Please provide at least 3 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling 314-361-7272. This allows us to accommodate other clients on our waiting list. We appreciate your understanding, as emergencies may occasionally occur.
Satisfaction & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know before payment is made so we can make adjustments or remove any applied enhancements.
No refunds will be issued after you leave the salon.
Complimentary Fixes
We are happy to correct any service concerns within 3 days of your original appointment.
Gel Polish & Nail Enhancements
Guaranteed for 3 business days, excluding breakage. If you experience lifting or chipping within this period, please contact us to schedule a complimentary repair.
Tip: Nails are jewels, not tools, gentle care helps them last longer.
Traditional Polish Services
Not guaranteed. However, we will gladly offer a fix if you contact us within 24–48 hours and schedule an appointment within 2 days.
General Terms
La Petite Nails reserves the right to refuse service due to improper conduct, excessive tardiness, no-shows, or other inappropriate situations. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase if unused.
